3. How often is it published?

E-Tailer's Digest is published in a moderated digest form every Tuesday and Thursday.

4. To whom is it distributed?

E-Tailer's Digest is distributed to retail-oriented subscribers in 50+ countries. Membership includes academia, retailers, consultants and suppliers. Discussion topics include on- and off-line (in-store) issues.

5. What makes E-Tailer's Digest so unique?
We found very little that addressed the particular needs of the retailer -- not just marketing, but merchandising, administration, technology and other such issues. So, we strive to make this a very informative and useful publication.
Experience garnered with subscriptions on 125 newslists has given us a great insight as to what appears to work, and what doesn't. So we have taken the best features of the more successful lists and added our own flair. Get ready for a unique experience. Don't be surprised if you get a note from your moderator asking for your expertise on a particular subject. Sometimes we have some unique events like our CyberCelebration that we had for our 100th issue (which was attended by over 2,000 people in one week). And we poll our members to see what they would like to see in the digest (see 1998 survey).

10. Do you accept articles?

Only from list members and providing it is not a blatant advertisement for one's products or services, and that it will benefit our list members. Often our moderator will ask for special contributions from our list members.
